Is developing a game for my site expensive? 
Several factors such as customization, length of game, graphics within game and level of interactivity and logic built into the game all determine the cost. Simple games can be leased for a under fifty dollars per month. More complicated & customized games would be more.

Will I need to purchase special software to allow the games to operate? 
Just The latest version of Flash/Shockwave Player. All games run using flash which generally is built into most browsers/Operating Systems. For those who do not have flash/shockwave player a free download is available from Adobe/Macromedia.

Is this a one-time fee or are there on going charges? 
Games can either be leased on a month to month basis or purchased for a one time development charge.

What is the price of a lease/purchased game?
(base pricing - actual pricing depends on customization required)
a) Existing game with your branding - $400 for 1 year lease.
b) Existing game with customization to objects or actions - $2500.00 for a 1 year lease.
c) Game developed to your specifications - starts at $5000.00.

Can the game be customized for my site? 
Yes, any game we develop can be customized to the exact look and feel of your web site.

What kinds of games can be developed?
Interactive games that require the user to think, play, memorize or take action is what we strive to create. The possibilities are endless.

How long will it take for the game to be activated on my site? Depending on the customization required your game could take anywhere from one week to 3 months to develop.

Who owns the rights to the game?
MarketingPlay.com (Creating Genius, Inc.) retains ownership rights to all games developed. The client licenses the right to use the game for as long as the agreement determines. The source code is not provided. Only the swf can be used by client.
